Join us for an Evening of Music & Making Waves!
Embark in an epic journey filled with aquatic inspired music, delicious ice cream, and a chance to make a difference.
During the performances, The Monroe Band Boosters will be serving ice cream and selling tickets for raffle baskets.
Performances will on the half hour starting with 6th grade band at 6pm. Mass Band at 6:15, 7th grade band at 7, 8th grade band at 7:30, and High School band at 8.

Volunteers
The night is not successful without support from our parent and student volunteers. Here are the areas where we need help:
- Set-up and Tear down: Help set up/tear down Main Street and the Cafe. This includes setting up raffle tables, tickets tables, ice cream area.
- Will Call Table: Help find names of those that have already purchased a ticket. (Only during 1st shift)
- Ticket Sales: Take money, complete ticket orders, and pass out ice cream tickets. (Two different shifts available)
- Ticket Table: Help print raffle tickets (Two shifts available)
- Ice Cream Assistance: Help take tickets, hand our ice cream and assist with toppings. Also, might need to help with cleaning tables or taking out trash. (Only during 2nd shift)
- Raffle Table and Guides: Watch the raffle table and guide guest to area needed (gym, tickets, will call, bathroom). (Two different shifts available)
Volunteer spots are in two shifts, before Mass Band (Shift 1) and after Mass Band (Shift 2). We will work around your student’s performances if you decide to volunteer.
Any of these spots can be worked as a team with your band student. Students will be signing up with Mr. Brinkman, please sign up for a spot and then contact a booster executive to have your student work with you. We close down everything during Mass Band performance, so no one has to miss it! Ice Cream is served after Mass Band performance.
